Late If you are more than (15mins) late if not approved, you will need to reschedule for a future date and you will be charged 100% of your service fee. No call/ no show This this the rudest thing you could do! Please message me no matter how last minute it is. No call no show appointments will be charged 100% of your service fee. Rescheduling All appointments need to be rescheduled at least 48hrs in advance to accommodate my schedule as well as other clients; if you need to reschedule you will be required to pay to 50% of your service fee. Canceling If canceling same day or less than 24hr notice you will be charged 100% if your service fee I understand thing happen, but just communicate. & please understand that if you don’t show up to your appointment the stylist doesn’t get paid, and this may be there only source of income to pay their bills THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS YOU HAVE ONE WEEK TO COME GET YOUR HAIR FIXED IF IT WAS THE STYLIST FAULT; if you ware simply wanting something different from what you asked for there will be a additional charge Thank you for understanding Brittany Del Toral
